2009 Mustang Bullitt

Roush Edition

2009 Mustang Bullitt

Sold

In 2001, Ford partnered with Warners Bros. to offer a special version of its GT with the Bullitt nameplate, honoring the legendary 1968 390 fastback model driven by Steve McQueen in the movie Bullitt which became famous for its high-speed chase scene. This special edition Mustang is a clean and sleek machine, just like the one McQueen used to run down the bad guys all over the hills of San Francisco. For the 2009 models, two colors were available, Highland Green and only 181 units in Black.

With just 23,800 miles on the clock, this Mustang boasts a 4.6L SOHC V8 engine enhanced by a Roush TVS2300 supercharger, and it’s paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Originally sold at Wayne Ford in Wayne, New Jersey in August 2008, the vehicle received its Roush TVS2300 supercharger and other modifications directly from the dealer prior to delivery. These upgrades included an SCT-1 ECU tune, 3V heat range spark plugs, a dual fuel pump system, Roush clutch, aluminum driveshaft and flange, Brembo front brakes, and 3V Mustang headers with catted crossover. Its stunning look is completed with 19″ Saleen five-spoke wheels fitted with ZR-rated Nitto Invo tires, sized 275/35 at the front and 305/30 at the rear, with the rear tires reportedly replaced in January 2020.
