The paint shows slight aging, specifically in the rear area.

As the sportiest of the Model A body styles, this Roadster is adorned with side mount spare wheels, whitewall tires, trunk rack and mascot and etched wind-wings. The bumpers are straight and, along with the accessories, the chrome plating is in incredibly good condition, with no major flaws to speak of.

The Beige top is pristine, with no staining or blemishes and proper taut fitment. Likewise, the top frame is in good order and works as it should. Other interior fittings and controls are all correct and in good working order.

The Model A’s dazzling looks are matched by a superb driving experience. The car underwent an extensive mechanical service performed in our Restoration Center that includes a totally redone period correct Model A engine. It runs strong and drives extremely well with excellent road manners and no issues to speak of. The engine, drivetrain and undercarriage are all in excellent order, presenting in clean and tidy condition. For additional comfort, the car has a Mitchell Overdrive. Whether you are a devoted enthusiast or someone looking for their first classic, this excellent Ford Model A is great for serious touring or relaxed weekend jaunts; a lovely example that is ready for enjoyment.

Built from 1927 to 1931, the Model A was Ford’s first production car with conventional controls, allowing it to compete with the likes of Chevrolet who had overtaken Ford’s top spot in sales in 1927. The Model A was robust, simple, and easy to drive with good performance from the flathead four-cylinder engine. The Model A has gone on to become a cornerstone of the collector car hobby and with nearly 5 million built, they remain plentiful, affordable and a fabulous choice for a wide range of enthusiasts. From the first-time classic car buyer to the dedicated collector, the Model A has near universal appeal.
